Our Journey
Amazonian Fitness began in 2015 when our founder, Libby Miller, recognized the need for a clear, structured approach to physical training. The initial concept was a small workshop series focused on foundational movement patterns and activity planning. Within two years, the demand for a more comprehensive system led to the development of our first training framework, which integrated performance routines with recovery protocols.
By 2020, we had expanded to a full digital platform, serving over 12,000 active members. Key milestones included the launch of our adaptive activity planner in 2022 and the introduction of performance analytics in 2023. Today, Amazonian Fitness is recognized for its methodical structure, helping individuals and teams build sustainable training habits and measurable results.
